Hi,
I recently submitted a claim against a firm and have been sent a N180 form to complete. However in the process of building my evidence I incorrectly stated I purchased an appliance for £200 more than what I actually paid, this was an error on my part and I want to be honest. What is the correct process going forward?
I read online to just email the court but elsewhere it says I could end up paying £300+ for the change. At this point do I just leave it and explain at medication/hearing or try and get it changed?
To confirm I have not sent the N180 form off yet.
Thanks in advance
