Claim form received from kearns solicitors

OMG-the MCOL keep rejecting my claim number/password as incorrect !, this surely cannot be happening now. I want to submit the defence, if this at all normal how can I document this?, I do not want to lose because of a technical error on their web page

Take screenshots of the error message, if the claim pack says you can email it to the Court then do that, you'll have to have Kearns permission to email it to them.

I managed to log in via gov.uk and i am submitting my defence now

good morning, I just wanted to provide an update-so far I have not received any response for SAR to Moneybarn No. 1 Ltd, no response for CCA request to L C Asset and no response to CPR 31.14 request to Kearns Solicitors and I am sure now is beyond the agreed timelines they could respond

There might be a backlog, give the Court a call, you should have received confirmation from the Court the that Defence has been received.

So your requests are still outstanding, that's o.k., make a note of when they arrive (if they arrive).
