  • When would submissions be due?

    Final hearing for a small claims hearing is set. I received notice of this, and a date to pay the hearing fee by.

    No directions on deadline for witness statements, etc, though.

    Anyone know the standard deadline therefore? I assume it is in the CPR but I cannot ind it...

    I suggest contacting the court and asking it to set dates. Not doing so appears to be an oversight.

    I say this as you want the other party to be given the same dates.

      so it is not a standard time then? like, 14 days before?

        It's normally 14 days, but you do need the Court Order, because they are instructions to be followed and the Court takes a 'dim' view if they aren't.
