    Amend Defence

    Hello

    I recently filed a defence after receiving a claim form from the court (solicitors acting on behalf of parking co). In my defence I quoted the incorrect section of the POFA legislation on which I would rely if this matter does indeed get to court.

    Could anyone advise how I can amend the defence?
