Hi. We registered with peninsula in 2022. The services they offered sounded great, unfortunately no they wasn't. We cancelled with them. We had no letters,emails or calls apart from the odd seminar invite. Yesterday I got a call asking if I wanted yo rejoin peninsula. My reply nope not a chance. Today I have been hand delivered a letter saying I have to attent court in August(I'm away)
I told the man this his reply was ring the number at the bottom. 45 mins later and I'm told I have to ring the court. 37 mins later im told i have to pay to have it adjoirned and call the original number as I said I don't have a spre £125. I ring the number back to be told basically tough you either pay or attend. The best part about it is the name of business is wrong. It has my name T/A my husbands business. Can anyone give me any advice on this please?

Something here doesn't sound right. You can only be told you have to attend court by the court but this letter doesn't sound as if it is from a court.

Please can you upload a copy of the letter you have received. Cover up your name and address and all reference numbers etc that might identify you.
