Hi can anyone advise? I logged a stage 1 complaint 27th of Jan regarding my sons ehcp not been followed that was tribunal ordered.
they have only acknowledged the complaint, gave me a number and then ignored all other correspondence they are now 11 week overdue the response.
I submitted a LBA 25th march in there was failure to follow complaints policy by ignoring me. (We have only submitted LBA no legal proceedings as yet)
I went to lgo who are refusing to investigate saying the council have said they are dealing with it and they have to give 12 weeks, I have pointed out it’s been longer then 12 weeks since the last Correspondence. They told me to speak with council.
I emailed the complaints at council and they have actually emailed back saying basically because I submitted LBA my complaint is no longer valid. Is this correct? Or is it only correct if I lodge legal proceedings (only LBA has gone in)
