  • Defendant’s Solicitor

    The Defendant Solicitor informed me on monday that they filed strike out application and the district judge is reviewing for listing direction. What can I do please do I need to file a response or wait for the judge.

    If the judge allows the application to be heard, you will be given notice of the hearing date/time, and also copies of the application and any supporting statement. You will then need to file a response that addresses the points made in the application and statement.

      So I just wait for the judge? Or I file a reply with new evidence to avoid strike out without hearing

            A: when you have grounds to make such an application with a strong chance of succeeding.

              I share a strong evidence with the Defendant lawyers and following up their email is now undeliverable, blocking my email. What can I do?
