  • Amend Court Claim

I want to change the value of some claim content, but the total value of the claim is not changed. What should I do? Do I need to ask for court permission? Do I need to pay for such changes? Thank you.

If you don't have the consent of the other party to amend your statement of case, you need to obtain the court's permission
You need to read CPR 17
Court permission is obtained by making an application using N244 and paying the appropriate fee
