OP paid a charge of £87.70 on 23.8.2023 for less than 14 days usage
More research by OP is required to establish what this charge was for and the time the charge relates to

I wouldn't put it past 02 to not disconnect the line hoping that the customer uses their mobile with 02 sim after the 14 day cooling off period

You may not receive the requested info by the latest date for filing your defence.

Consider drafting your defence based on cancelling the agreement during the cooling off period and the ETC unfair

If after you file your defence it turns out you did use the sim after 14 days you may regret not disputing unfair ETC

So far Lowell came back to me with standard response despite having clear request - so far nothing online so lets wait longer

If the requested information doesn't arrive before your Defence is due, then email their solicitors giving them extra time to provide the requested documentation under CPR 15.5.

They will then confirm you have 14 days to file your Defence once you've received the requested documentation.

But as Pezza says nothing to stop you preparing it now and amending it if the requested information 'highlights' anything meaningful.
