  • Consent order and companies house ccj

    Good morning all

looking for some guidance. I had a ccj for late accounts but I did not receive the notices. Anyway I paid the penalty. But my company has ccj. I asked companies house if they would support setting aside judgement and they said they would not oppose.

so I was going to submit consent order to court with some kind of statement how this all occurred to have judgement set aside and remove ccj. I am not seeking to appeal the monies I already paid. Just want ccj removed.

what do I need to submit and can anyone provide any sample of a consent order to get all parties to sign? Do I still need to complete n244 if I try and do this via consent order?

I found this thread but the docs were removed. Any help greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.
