I submitted a MR04 form and made an administrative error on application in relation to the address showing on the form, so nothing that impacts the charge being removed. The MR04 form has been accepted by companies house and updated on their website. I need to address updating asap.
I have completed a part 8 claim form, have a non objection letter from the registrar and have emailed all this to the court. I haven’t heard back and can’t speak to anyone at the court. Anyone had any experience with this?
