    Hearing for my sister

    This is separate case, my sis got hearing next week, loan agreement under FCA
    JUST found out claimant is not authorized by FCA or their solicitor.
    We got confirmation nation in writing from FCA.
    FCA said on phone "they are not registered or authorized, the solicitor is registered but not authorized, they do have a sister company that is authorized' it is not the sister company that is claimant
    Is the Apache to do a N244 from?
