  • Court order

Hi everyone, I need some advice on what to do next. In short my father died whilst living with my sister. She shared a bank account with him and was able to spend a lot of his money. The family went to court against my sister and finally won the order for my sister to pay 3 brothers and herself £17,000 each. My sister stole the money and said the executor (another family member) had taken it.
fast forward family member have been trying to retrieve the money from the executor, even though he paid all court costs and barrister fee out of his own money. The executor received an Order of the registry for inventory and accepted and an Order of Master Bowles
    Can anyone help please

Are you asking for help in enforcing the order against your sister? If so, what property and other assets does she have?

Is the order made by Master Bowles* a different thing? If so, what does it say?
