During the pre-court action, I stated that I had evidence because claimant didn't want to disclose full details, but I actually do not. Now, the claimant is requesting this evidence in their statement of case saying I refused to share it. What are my options?

You really need to ask on the existing thread.

Also you need to give more details.

You need to stop trying to be too clever by half. Your bluff has been called.

The claimant has made a perfectly reasonable request.

        Please read cpr 31.16
A party can make an application to court for an order of disclosure of document(s) before proceedings have started
The applicant must state the document(s) that the respondent must disclose cpr 31.16 (4)(a)
In this case the claimant didn't know what documents the defendant OP had and intended to file as evidence

If the claim is allocated to the small claims track, Part 31 Disclosure and Inspection of Documents is omitted
