  • Assistance on Conveyancer

    Hi

I have a few Form K restrictions on my property.

I want to sell it but I have these problems

    1. The lenders declined any lump sum payments
    2. I read there is an option not to pay the lenders as long they are informed about the sale. If so, this will be the main reason if a conveyancer can assist me on this matter

    Thanks…tksnota

Point 2 is correct. I have covered this here: https://legalbeagles.info/forums/for...-k-restriction
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Thanks a lot. My issue is trying to convince conveyancers about point 2 because they are not aware

Three sales hasn’t happened because of point 2 and I spend time and money to these conveyancers. I hope the next time it will be a successful sale.

I need assistance on conveyancer that understands point 2. Any recommendations will be highly appreciated

      Thanks…tksnota…

Perhaps this is something you need to clarify with the conveyancer when deciding whether to appoint them.

Thanks for advise. Will I just asked the about Point 2 and shared the link to the conveyancer inform him/her about the sale can push through?

Do I need to something else to prevent this thing happening again?
