Thanks, will write the letter and send. How about the Directions, questionnaire. Letter says I have to submit by 9th and if I don't the court will make such orders appears to be appropriate which includes striking out the claim or entering a judgement. Do I not need to complete this still?

The questionnaire stopped at D but with D1 to D4 mine only has D1 and proceeded all the way to F with sub questions. If its not too much, please can you show me what I need to fill in based on the copy I posted above. I'll prefer not to attend in person if that's an option and I chose C1 for small track to avoid cost etc. Honestly at this point I just want to settle and if that means making a 5 or 10pound payment a month without a CCJ. Please advise and help. Need to sent out tomorrow at the latest. Many thanks
The questions are straightforward - Answer the questions you can,

Post up the questions you can't answer.

Hi echat11 , I sent the questionnarie to the court and copy to the claimant's lawyers as necessary. I received this (attached image) in the post on Friday 30th. Unless it's been wording wrongly, this appears to be saying the claimant has failed to respond when required and if not done in 7 days from 27th May, the case will be struck out. Can you please kindly confirm or where necessary interprete this document I have just receive.

Many thanks for all your guidance

It's meaningless in the sense that you've sent a 'Without Prejudice Save as to Costs' letter, offered a monthly amount, is that correct?

O.K. the best thing to do is keep an eye on it, see what the Court comes back with.
