Complete the form online at www.assets.publishing.service.gov.uk
Save it as a pdf file
Find the courts correct email address for the filing of documents. In your case the Directions Questionnaire
Send the form attached to an email to the court. Make sure to put the claim number, claimant and defendant's name on the email

      Hi TRACJOSH

      Welcome to LB

You can email the Directions Questionnaire to the Court, make sure you email it to the correct email address.

In the subject line write - Case Number: XXXXXXX - Defendant or Claimant - Directions Quenstionnaire.

Make sure you email a copy to the Court and send the Defendant or Claimant (or their solicitors) a copy.
