  • Consumer Credit Agreement Assignment Advice

I have received a demand for payment from a company called Lowell for 1900 pounds, I have attached a copy of the consumer credit agreement I received after my request, the agreement is missing some terms and conditions. Can someone please advise me if this agreement is enforceable? and if the assignment of this agreement to Lowell is effective as there is no express term in the agreement that allows assignment to another party? Many thanks.
