    Larke v Nugus

    Will being contested. Solicitor who wrote the will have been asked to provide the file. They are persistently making excuses and have had since August to produce.

    Welcome to LB

    Write a letter to the solicitor, give them a deadline to provide the file.
    Send it Recorded Delivery.

    But also state that, if they are not prepared to provide the file before the deadline, then can they set out the reasons for not doing so, so you can take action on the matter. Three and half months is plenty of time for them to send you the file.
