  • Can I take on the Information Commissioner in court?

Curious. I have repeatedly chased up a concern I lodged with them about a company, for years.

Every single email and call and letter has been ignored.

For complaints about ICO service standards you can contact the Parliamentary Ombudsman via your MP. Before doing that you need to have followed the "ICO Service Complaints Policy". See link below.

For complaints about ICO decisions on FOI there is a court route [First-Tier Tribunal (Information Rights)] but that is only available to you when ICO has issued a formal decision notice so not relevant here.
