Motion to vacate arrest record

Hi how do I get my public defender to either get in touch with my attorney at arraignment or to pull the arraignment transcript. A motion was granted and approved for full dismissal and arrest record to be cleared as well pending a NON-FILING of another case which their time to file was up on January 18, 2024. Both cases were to be dismissed and the arrest record cleared on both cases in the arraignment the judge said to make sure they put the CHP report in regards to the restraining order that was put in place on a business to be included in that clearing of a rest record and now it's emotion for video audio recording system which had nothing to do with this case, just the video and audio of the officers almost leaving me paralyzed in both incidents. Now they want me to pay to get the audio transcript of that agreement they seem to not be able to obtain that themselves so how do I fire them as my attorney?
