Hi
Welcome to LB
You should write to the defendant seeking their agreement to extend the stay. State the additional time you would like and provide the reason why you want more time
The court application fee with consent is £119, without consent is £303

Just to confirm that the form is N244

You have two choices:
You can either write to Defendant and make an on notice applicaiton for £119 with consent or £303 without
or you can make a without notice applciation to teh court and pay £119.00 and the Defendant will just get send a copy of the order.
its up to you. BUT if you write to Defendant and they say no to extending the stay, you have to then make on notice.
have you checked the stay document to see if it requires a formal application, and also see whether it is liberty to restore or not?

The Stay Order says "You should make a formal application to the court before the deadline expires, using the right form and paying the court fee."
How do I make a "without notice application"?
