  • Guilty of A because I was found guilty of B

    Hi

I would like to know under the civil standard of evidence can you be found guilty of A, where there is no evidence to prove your guilt purely because you were found guilty of B which is a total separate matter. i.e. can someone be found guilty of punching someone without any evidence purely because they were found guilty of punching someone else in a totally different matter.

I am sure there is a name for this.
