    Say it's £11.2k, then that's 70 months.

Even if there is a Tomlin Order in place, if you are 'struggling', make sure you tell them, don't let it slip.
£1,200 still seems excessive, but better then £1,600.

They are going to combine the 3 debts for about £160 per month which should be around £20k i guess. So does the TO have a time limit?

See post 86. The claimant doesn't want to continue with the claims and face going to court.

The TO should include a schedule of payments, frequency, total number and amount of each payment providing a total

You need to be clear on what each individual debt is?
What the total they are asking for ?
If it's 'hazy' now, it's going to be even more 'hazy' in further down the line.

Update: received TO all 3 debts combined, no extra costs to be added.

ON a separate case i have a question...if you miss payments for 3 months on a loan the account is suppose to go into default..right? Also can the creditor legally keep adding interest every month after 3 missed payments?

Good news on the 'costs' front.
Yes, but only if it's permitted in their Terms and Conditions and the Creditor follows the correct procedures, including sending a Default Notice.
