    Hi a little needed I received a county court claim for a credit originally taken out with 118 money the balance of £359 was sold to lowell who have issued the the claim through overdales solicitors. I acknowledge the claim and set out a defence requesting documents mentioned in cpr.31.14 .Overdales have replied with all the documents asked for do I give in at this point or continue to try and defend claim still .

      Claim value £359 I received a copy of the claimants n180 directions questionnaire last week but have received one myself is this normal .

        defend all. post up claimant's n180 and post up the N179 directions post and we'll go from there.
