  • Can imterim charging order be transferred on new property?

Hi in 2014 I sold a property with an interim charging order on my share. My solicitor advised Mortimer Clarke but they didn't object or respond. I am still paying off the debt £2k in monthly payments. Can they transfer the order to my new property Co owned with a new partner?

    Thank you

My previous advise was partly wrong. They can apply for a charging order on a new property if they wish, but they can't transfer an existing one
