  • adding a counterclaim after the expired time

    Hi, I have put my defence in but did not put a counterclaim in as I did not have the information at the time. Now I have the information I would like to add a counterclaim to my defence , how do i do that ?

        Apply using form N244: https://www.gov.uk/government/public...ication-notice

        You only need to send a copy to the court. When the court has issued the application it will send a copy to the other party.

          The format is very set as on the form. You just answer the questions on the box. For the one on evidence in support you should write a POC in the box below (you will see on the form it says box below - make sure to tick that option) as if you were making the claim as a standalone
