DCB Legal - CPR 31:14 Response

Please can someone assist with this query? I made two CPR 31:14
requests to DCB legal, they did not respond the first time, however after a 2nd attempt they have responded with the following:

Am I okay to provide what is being requested? I don’t know what request they are honouring yet as they did not reply to my initial emails, but started a new email with a different reference number.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It's regarding your CPR 31.14 request. I don't think there is anything 'suspicious' about their request.
They just want your consent to use your email address for communications etc.
