  • Is their a court fee for the claimant to return a directions Questionnaire

    Question 1

is there a court fee for the claimant to return a Directions Questionnaire?

If there is a fee, is it payable with the Directions Questionnaire or when the claim is allocated to the small claims track?

    Question 2

Personally, I am the claimant in a breach of employment contract and sums due?

    Question 3

The defendant has supplied a defence but have already shot it out of the water as contrary to legal precedent with the Employment Appeal Tribunal

What are my options in ending this quick with that EAT decision as a few days left to submit that Directions questionnaire?

    Thankyou for your time

question 1 - no fee to return it.
question 2 - isnt a question so not sure what you want me to say
question 3 - You can apply to strikeout as having no prospect of success but this is not a simple process.
