Claim form uk parking control

Hi everyone im new on here.

So I've been issued with this claim form from ukpc today issue date 12/June 2024.

Basically saying I wasn't parked correctly in the parking bay.

Just looking for advice on what to do next?

Can you post up a copy of the document you have received.
First remove identifying details, but leave in all dates and times

If you have difficulty posting it up, upload it to a hosting site and post a link here

Do not identify the driver, even on here

I've tried to upload the image but it's saying the dimensions limits? I don't understand?

So use a hosting site such as imgur (there are others!)

The only importnat question is did you out who was driving yes or no.

Even on here do not identify the driver as parking companies do read these sites
