  • Observices Ltd / Parking Eye filing duplicate claims? Help please

Hi, couple months ago, i received a parking fine from DCB legal on behalf of Observices Parking which i challenged via moneyclaim. A court date has been set in November for this claim.

However, i'm now receiving letters for the same parking ticket by DCB Legal but on behalf of Parking Eye with a completely new Claim number. When i log on to moneyclaim, i do not see this claim appear on the portal and can only see the first one which has the court date.

In the new letter it makes it seem like its from the court and says Judgement for claimant (in default) asking me to pay the debt + costs because i did not respond to the claim form. The reason i did not respond to any thing is because i just assumed all the documents were referring to the first claim for which the court case has been set so i was completely oblivious that this is a new claim but again for the exact same parking fine.

Are they trying to dupe me and is this a fake document or is it legit. If its legit, how do i appeal it it if i cant see it on the moneyclaim portal.

    Help will be greatly appreciated
