BW Legal fail in defamation claim against consumer for reviews - heartwarming!
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012

Look at the money these lawyers make chasing debts!
"The firm said it would have made a £3.7m profit on a £5.5m turnover over a seven-year period, had it won the contract."

Who knows, but it would depend also on whether Three specifically identified the 3 posts(*) that BW Legal based their proceedings on (out of the hundreds of negative reviews on the site) as the only ones that significantly influenced their decision. An unlikely thing for Three to say I'd have thought.Originally posted by Pezza54 View PostCould the outcome have been different if Three had said that the negative reviews had played a significant part in rejecting BW's bid?
(*) BW brought proceedings in respect of 20 posts but the article says only 3 of those had been posted before Three made its contract decision. All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.
