At this time of year they do try to get as many judgements out as possible before the end of the law year, i.e. by the end of July.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

I understood that the appeal hearing had taken place. Forget what I said earlier.

                To ensure I'm understanding.

Are you saying you don't have permission yet, are seeking permission?

Or has permission been granted and you are waiting for a hearing?
