    Hi
I am looking for urgent help please
I have served form the form N265 I am the claimant.
And defendant also served form N265.
Court made order that any request of inspection of documents must made by 12th of June 2024 .
I would like to make an application for the inspection of documents which defendant are holding .
Is there any form to fill for inspection of documents?
or just need to write a letter to the defendant party?

You write a letter, specifying the documents of which you are reqesting copies. See CPR 31.15: https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pr...s/part31#31.15
