On-going claim

Hi, I was hoping I could get some help.
So a money claim case has been submitted against an operator of mine, whereby we had been forced to submit a defence and counter claim.
We then received a filled out DQ by the claimant by post but did not get one ourselves even though on the money claim portal it says one has been sent out to us.
Recently the portal says that a general sanctions order has been made.
Can anyone advise on what's going on and what I should be doing next to help my case

You should fill in the N180 form attached below.

Send that to the below email
DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

put the subject line in the following format: [CASE NUMBER] PARTY NAME V PARTY NAME - YOUR PARTY (claimant or defendant) DQ
for example
Claim No.: 11111 - Mr A v Mr B - Claimant's DQ

send that ASAP.
