  • Question regarding proof of debt form.

    Hi, is it possible to withraw a proof of debt form? I have a matter that i have resloved since lodging the case with a liquidator.

        Write to the liquidator. Inform him or her that you are withdrawing your proof of debt. Why should a liquidator not agree to have one fewer creditor to deal with? Is there something else going on that it would have been helpful for you to say?

          It's been done, confirmation or removal received. like most things, it's a bit complicated. thanks very much!
