  • PCN Court claim after paying parking fine

    Hi,

I desperately request you to help as I'm extremely stressed...
I have received a claim form from County Court Business Centre after paying the PCN 7 months ago.
I have evidence in my statement, confirmation text and email stating the payment has been received by debt recovery plus.

I have never ever dealt with such stressful situation.

Please advise me on how I can submit defense.
Does anyone have a sample letter to attach in email.

I am planning to email as well as post it recorded delivery. please help. Please advise me. THANKYOU IN ADVANCE!

Could you please post up a copy of the claim form but first remove identifying details such as name & address, claim number etc
Suggest you upload to a hosting site and post the link here.

Acknowledge the claim, tick box stating you intend to defend whole of the claim. but do not enter a defence yet. This will give you a month in which to write your defence

    Don't panic!

      Hello,

as above you should log onto the Money Claims site and acknlowedge.

Are you sure they are for the same PCN? They may be for different PCN's.
