I am suing National Hunter but they are replying defending my claim that they are a mere processor and are not liable. That the member is the data controller in this matter and is liable for accountability to the data protection principles. I believe they act as Joint Controllers. What can I do?

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service
Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)
If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
