    What is felony trespassing? Can I be charged even though I was never told to leave?

    It sounds like you might be in the USA.

    Sorry but this is a UK advice site advising on UK law. "Felony trespassing" isn't a UK offence..

      This is a UK website and trespass is not a crime in the UK.

        ... but bear in mind aggravated trespass is a criminal offence in UK

            I believe the UK equivalent to a "felony" is an indictable offence, so the original question in post1 didn't really make sense this side of the pond.
            Aggravated trespass is only triable in a magistrates court so is not an indictable offence.
