dcbl letter regarding bank smart

IV been reading your posts about symmetric systems Ltd T/A bank smart , they have been hounding me for years, they have done nothing for me I have signed no letters for them they want money for ppi they said I got ,I spoke to bank in question and said they payed nothing and case had been closed years ago before I even heard of bank smart, a letter has arrived today from dcbl on behalf of bank smart , I am very worried and suffering at home with a broken arm.thank you
