Court fee - Attachment of earnings - debt paid voluntarily

Hi! Can I ask the court to order the debtor to refund me the court fee if the debtor has paid the outstanding debt voluntarily after the notice the application of the attachment of earnings has been issued?

You may always ask.

The court may in turn ask why you only paid the judgement debt after this enforcement action was initiated.

Are you willing to pay an application fee to try to get back another application fee? I am not sure that I see the economic sense.
