Hi I had about 4 different credit card debt written off on medical grounds, I had forwarded the creditor a letter from my GP and the creditor agreed to write of the debt with zero balance, I want to ask is that the end of the matter or could the creditor return at some point and restart the claim if they thought I had come into money? any advice please.

your credit card account ending xxxxx
Dear Mr Jon
we're clearing your balance and closing your account
We just wanted to let you know that we've decided to apply a credit to your account. This has taken your balance down to zero and it means we can close your account, which we've done now.
Your account will now also be recorded as closed with the credit reference agencies
