Struggling to get a judgement

I got a Notice of Issue in October 2023. The Defendant did not respond. I wanted to apply for a Judgement but before I filled in form I rang Court to say that here was 3 spelling errors on the Notice. They were one of the Defendant's names spelt incorrectly, name of shop spelt incorrectly and finally my address spelt incorrectly. They said I would have to have the Notice re-issued as all details must be correct in case I needed Bailiffs to attend. I sent if off re corrections and rang in Nov. They said would take up to six weeks to correct. Despite ringing several times and being assured it would be sent "within the week" I still haven't managed to get a corrected Notice sent and it's now nearly end of Feb. At wits end as nothing I say seems to impact them. Where do I go from here pls.

Lodge a Complaint (make sure they know it's a Complaint) with the Court Manager.

Explain what's happened with dates, how it's effected you and what you want them to rectify the issue. Also, ask for their Complaints Procedure.
