Morning,
To a cut a long story short, I took a company to court for non payment of services I provided back in late 2022
The defendant initially acknowledged the claim with a weak defence.
Now the court have informed me the defendant has not complied with the Order dated 28 July 2023 and you are at liberty to apply for judgment.
Does anybody know which of the forms I need to complete to apply for judgement based on the order which was for the defendant to file a direction Questionnaire ?
