  • Received a n180 form

I received a n180 form and it's from someone who has been charged with my attempted murder. He bought me gifts as we were friends before this happened. I did not ask for these gifts but now he is saying that they were a loan and he was expecting me to repay the cost of these gifts. I'm stressing out what to do and how to go about filling in the forms. Can anyone help please?

    Hi S. Han

    Welcome to LB

I'm sorry this has happened to you. It's awful and unimaginable.

Obviously the authorities are involved i.e. police, CPS etc.

You need to tell them about the claim that's been made against you, I see it as a form of intimidation.

    As for the N180 -
