I have only just become aware of a fine that was passed for an old business I was associated with. Foolishly I didnt have access to the business correspondence and when I stopped working with the other partners I thought I had removed myself from all businesses but as this was effectively a dormant company it was missed. At any rate I have only just been made aware of an outstanding fine from October 2022! Now the business is now dissolved and has been since last July. The fine was for failure to deliver confirmation statement of all things and file accounts on time. My question is do I still have to pay this fine? Company is dissolved and it was a limited company?
