I am currently defending a court claim made against by Direct Digital. I did not receive a letter before action. I am a victim of misrepresentation, I signed a contract on the basis of a verbal statement that turned out to be misleading and untrue. I would really appreciate some help.

What stage are you in the Court process?
You may find it helpful to look a the Judiciary's guide for Litigants in Person - link in my signature block, below.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
