  • CCJ not responded

    Hi

Stupidly I haven't responded to a CCJ in time I did send back the N9A but was a few days late, I thought it didn't include weekends!.

Anyway I have received a letter today saying I owe the money and to pay! Judgement for claimant (in default)

What I want to know is can I set this up to be paid in installments or do I have to make a payment for the full amount, which I don't have!!!

    Cheers

Right so I have responded to them via a letter they sent.
I was a income/expenditure form with what I was willing to pay etc. Sent that week and a half ago via special delivery..
Not had a response back have also messaged them via website explaining this nothing at all.

          What do I do?
