    Interesting judgement Lewis v "The West Brom" and other cases

    This judgement may cause some amusement. It concerns a series of cases being struck out, disclosing no cause of action but based on some of the wackier theories out there.

    One never knows what the result will be, it is entirely at the Judges discretion, but nevertheless interesting.
