Hi, looking for info & advice plz.
I bought a car through BCT me and my partner split up and I couldn’t afford the repayments alone. I handed the car back to them but had to still pay finance on it. I’ve ended up with a CO attachment of earnings £46.16 each month since about 2014. Who do I contact to find out how much I still owe? Obviously BCT went into liquidation 2015 but I’ve only just found this out now.
Any help & advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Acknowledge Claim - within 14 days from Service

Defend Claim - within 28 days from Service (IF you acknowledged in time)

If you fail to Acknowledge the claim you may have a default judgment awarded against you, likewise, if you fail to enter your defence within 28 days from Service.
